Returns & Exchanges

SoftGlow Yoga is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unused or unaltered merchandise in resaleable condition (tags attached and packaging included) for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable. SoftGlow Yoga does not cover the cost of return shipping for International Orders. Purchases made anywhere other than softglowyoga are not eligible for our return policy.

How to return my items? Easy! Follow the steps below:

  • Simply fill out this return form and place it in your package
  • Email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] to obtain a prepaid FedEx label to return your package.
  • We’ll email your return label in approximately 3 business days. Please note that SoftGlow Yoga does not offer prepaid return labels for the PRO Squared or PRO Long & Wide mats, Almost Perfect yoga mats, or for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, APO & DPO addresses, and offshore US territories such as Puerto Rico.
  • Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package
  • Drop the package off with FedEx, and we’ll process your return within 7-10 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Exchanges and store credit are not available at this time.

Temporary Refund Notice: It may take longer than usual to process returns and issue refunds. Please allow 10 – 15 business days to process your return once it has been received and refund your original form of payment. Thank you for your patience.

Please note all items are subject to inspection. The cost of shipping is non-refundable, and if return is not in resaleable condition, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued if the guidelines above are not followed.

Due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

If you experience a problem or receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] and include a photo of the defect for review, for orders placed on softglowyoga.com. Our return policy does not cover damage caused by improper use and/or care, or accidents.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS – All items must be in resaleable condition. Products have a 30-day return window, valid for purchases after 4/15/25. Almost Perfect yoga mats are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Returns must be free from damage and dirt/marks.

Yoga Mat Returns

The following returns are not accepted:

  • Over 30 days since you received your order.
  • Item has been used, altered, cleaned, or damaged.
  • PRO Series mats that have been salted.
  • Almost Perfect yoga mats.
  • Tags or packaging are not included in return.
  • Mats are folded over or returned unrolled.

Props Returns (including Shala Rug)

The following returns are not accepted:

  • Over 30 days since you received your order.
  • Item has been used, altered, cleaned, or damaged.
  • Tags or packaging are not included in return.
  • Bolsters folded over or returned without polybag.
  • Item is not in resalable condition.

Apparel Returns

The following returns are not accepted:

  • Over 30 days since you received your order.
  • Item has been altered, washed, or damaged.
  • Tags or packaging have been removed.

Yoga Kit Returns

At this time we are unable to accept partial returns on Yoga Kits.
